Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

Snowshoeing hollyburn Mtn beside seymour mtn
It seemed that Vancouver was on fire the sky was a bright red and orange color It looked real pretty and lots of cars were stopped along the mtn to take in the spectacular view,
Me taking a break from snowshoeing It is a steady climb to the top and once we got to the top we took the fast way down and along some parts of the steep trails You could sit in a narrow trough and you slid down the hill on your behind some time it seemed you were going out of control, It was a good thing the snow was deep
Taking in the view and are half way up the mountain

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
