Motivate

Xmas Day and not having any one over it seems quiet ,  we stayed in doors for the morning and going out side I remembered using  the word motivation an other word I could off used would be  Inspire ..  and how to stay focused  on my goals and training that I want too do in the year ahead. Went out a couple of times this week  at least the weather is mild and  I have my rain proof jacket on which is supposed to wick out the sweat  so either I'm sweating to much, maybe wearing too many layers? This Fri, morning was no exception , rain coming down and temp nice and warm for this time off the year ,and determined to go out for a run I do a couple of stretches  and out I go , This time of the year I always try to stay  motivated, I either run shorter runs and try not to make a big deal out of running ,  but how to stay motivated,  I find that  running with some one and talking makes the distance seem shorter. when  running by myself I do a different course then what I normally run.- -  the distance, speed, the seriousness-- challenge your body and mind , instead of running on the road Ill do a trail run  which keeps you  alert looking out for roots or rocks, puddles to jump over , corners to maneuver past always looking ahead for an obstacle on the trail , with road running your on the look out for side walks that disappear and then appear a few feet further, cars appearing out of nowhere and the the puddles that they always find when Im running beside them. With running I find its easier too loose weight,I improve cardiovascular, by lowering the blood pressure and helping the arteries to maintain their elasticity and enables your body to work better.   -- bone strength increases, improved mood and coordination. So yes there are lots off reasons to stay motivated  not only with running but by walking and biking. If you are starting your running it is important to build up you distance gradually this goes for road running and trail runs, with trail running it is also important to stay on the trails and to be light on your feet, Light on your feet so you can move out of the way of obstructions or having to get out of the way off things on the trail run with a friend in case some thing happens and for companionship, stay committed to your goals you set for your selves and try to take rest days in between runs then ,we  race to test our limits or to beat our fellow runners to accomplish our goal of finishing our run.. Train Hard --  Run Smart.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
