Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

sundays run
Parking at glenora parking lot I was surprised that the running group was still there, a view minutes late and I was sure that the group would have left . Okay ten minutes late, This mornings run we ran ran for a good half hour along the trans Canada trail heading towards Skutz falls we stayed on the main trail not on the trail which runs along the river, On the way back the trail has a gradual incline down this made coming back a bit faster and easier , taking in the scenery and were able to spot a tree on the ridge beside the trail that had ten bald eagles sitting on the branches, they must have been taking a break from eating fish in the river and wondering if they could tackle the locals running below them, but we must have looked to skinny, not very many people out this morning so we had the whole trail to ourselves, and put in a steady paced run covering about twelve k.m

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
