Light early and darkness early

Still in the old routine and woke up early not being used to the new time,I don't know if i like this because this makes me run earlier in the afternoon seeing it gets dark sooner. So I had ample time to get ready for this mornings run and meeting up with everyone at coronation sq. A bit cool this morning and I of course wore my tights an couple of shirts and a light running jacket, then other runners were still in their running shorts and just a t shirt, a bit to cool for me , We ran to cook str and then up cook street to Old Victoria and back to Ladysmith. Phil- Dollie- and  doing the 16km loop  with a relaxing 6.27  min per km run,  This was a nice course with the terrain giving us flat and hilly terrain to run on .The remainder of the group had taken a different route and most of them had finished and were waiting for us to join them for a coffee. Heard from mountain runner and said that he had a super run doing the New York Marathon and had a great time running there.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
