Weight-- light--

Ok so im on the skinny side . i can make running look easy where as a bulky muscle guy seems to have to work harder at running while I don't. To get muscled up I would have to keep track of my training what I eat, eating at least 3500 to 5000 calories a day of natural food maybe a small amount of supplements but as much natural food as possible. I would have to concentrate on Squats -- bench presses-- dead lifts. did you know that lifting weights tears tens of thousands of tiny fibers that make up my muscles and as they tear they form scar tissue in the muscles I guess if i took special supplements they would heal faster. even when healed you still have scar tissue so when you get older you get stiffer and skinny like me your stride shortens and you slow down that is why I try to concentrate on keeping my pace at a steady and longer stride, Did you know that which each degree you increase your stride angle your stride lenght increases by2%  This scar tissue or microfibers cant be healed by stretching but with microfiber reduction, which is something beyond me. So im still skinny but I can still run ---- Train smart ..

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
