Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

One Week
Not a nice day to go picking grapes today, especially with the rain clouds coming into the valley , the rain clouds eased up and by that time we were finished for the day . not that we didn't have more grapes to pick but the grape are behind in ripening and with not enough sunshine and more rain , the grapes aren't as ripe as they should be then the abundance of bear that with the lack of food in the Mt's, are feasting on the grapes -when we pick we come upon row after row of places were bear have been feasting, Later in the day I did my run to Holland creek and ran the hilly side of the trail. it was getting dark so I made sure that I stayed away from trail hazards.Coming out of the trail did a few loops of the track behind Frank Jameson Sport Plex in ladysmith then met Gail in the Gym for a ride home,Only a week left for the Perseverance trail run in Cumberland which is a good thing because i have been tapering down with my running and seeing there is only a week left Its a good idea to not over do it with your training,

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
