One More sunny Day

Tuesday i did a long run covering around 13 k.m and ran with Bala through the trails before heading out by my self and went to school road and down to the lagoon so most of the run was going down hill although even these stretches seemed like I was pushing my self a bit , so that the down hills seemed to be going up instead of down went up the lagoon hill and Gait rd to head back through the park and home . On wed, I ended up at Avrill creek winery and grape picking is starting up , so on wed night I ended up at Frank Jameson sport Plex in Ladysmith to do some training and did some bike work out before a treadmill was available doing a half hr of running. Victoria Half and full marathon on this weekend so it will be the goal of all the runners to finish even come in first, every one has dreams-- dares-- and I told you so.But even if you dont reach your goal or fail for whatever reason. you still win , you are still a winner for trying .
