Me and Nathan went for a hike on Monday , and left our place with the sun shinning keeping the clouds away, Hiking up south WATS road he had me puffing trying to keep up with him, it didn't take us long to get to the top off the hill and here we went straight on, coming to banning creek we had to find some logs to get across on and the logs being slippery and wet and me not having the balance like Nathan, I decided for crawling across not wanting to fall in the cold water, Nathan being a bit braver then me went for the grand fiasco and with a bit of balancing and placing his feet slowly forward made it across without getting wet

and of we went to the next obstacle witch turned out to be an other creek and log crossing but this was a bigger log to walk on although it was higher then the first log crossing the last log crossing went okay also although Nathan stepping on a small log that was across the creek, steps on it he broke the stick thereby getting a wet foot and manages to hold himself from loosing his balance, and sliding into the creek further by holding unto a log, nothing looks more funny then when you watch someone when some little thing happens to them, we both had a good laugh . the rest of the hike to twin

fir cabin went good and the trail was good to hike on, Getting to the cabin we chatted with a other person that was there and the returned home having to hike back with a bit of a drizzle falling , toured the Chemainus sawmill Tuesday and in the evening went for a short jog and find that it doesn't take long to get out of form when you haven't run for a couple of days and then eating turkey and pumpkin pie with all the goodies .

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
