Kinsol Thresle

Nice afternoon for a bike ride so Gail and me set out for a ride leaving the Park for a ride along the old train track chanced over to the trans canada trail we covered some nice country and the trail to the thresle seemed to slope down this made biking seem easy, although we did have to dodge some puddles and the odd twig laying around but it made for easy biking and you could even use this for a training run although a bit far from home By the thresle it was blocked off and there was a single track trail going to the bottem of the gulley so that you could see the thresle. Biking backwe dicovered that we were still going down hill so it didnt take long to get to our vehicle.. Trans canada trail from cowichan regional park Bypass to bottem of Kinsole Thresle Finally getting to Kinsole thresle after a 15 k.m bike ride Timber being hoisted up Still a bit off work to be done.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
