Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

Kinsol Thresle
Nice afternoon for a bike ride so Gail and me set out for a ride leaving the Park for a ride along the old train track chanced over to the trans canada trail we covered some nice country and the trail to the thresle seemed to slope down this made biking seem easy, although we did have to dodge some puddles and the odd twig laying around but it made for easy biking and you could even use this for a training run although a bit far from home By the thresle it was blocked off and there was a single track trail going to the bottem of the gulley so that you could see the thresle. Biking backwe dicovered that we were still going down hill so it didnt take long to get to our vehicle..

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
