How I restart my running program

It seems that with the weather getting colder its harder to get motivated to go for a run and then there are people that are wondering how far they should run.After a lay off from running I usually re start my running by going out for a a few miles for me that would be any were from 3 to 5 k.m and once I run that distance and im comfortable with running that distance then I add on the miles usually a couple of miles at a time. But only when im comfortable with the distance im running. The longer and faster I run the more I find that injuries can occur . So if I run around 50 k.m a week to after my start up phase.I find it is a good idea to take a day of in between your runs , and even have a small snack after a run so that your body can rebuild the muscles that have been used or injured, Run Safe , Be seen,

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
