Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

How to get on a stationary or recumbent bike
So there are different ways to get on a stationary or a recumbent bike but what is the proper way, What if you way over 300 lb or below 100lb does every one get on a bike the same way, Do you run up from behind the bike put one hand on each side of the bike seat and vault up unto the seat hoping you land right and nothing gets squashed or a pulley and have some one pull you up to the right height so you can slide one leg on each side of the bike and you plunk down on the bike seat, Then their is one other way and that is to stand tippee toe on the pedals and slide backwards unto the bike seat, seeing we have tried all these different ways to get on a stationary bike and know some these worked but they are all wrong, The proper way to get unto a gym bike or any stationary bike is to have the seat at the proper height then stand on the middle part of the bike or on one of the braces off the bike , this is to give you more height to slide your but unto the bike seat,Apparently were the bike peddle is joined into the crank is a weak part of the bike and if you stand on it { with your 200lb plus weigh ] to place your weight unto the bike seat it gets weaker and over time you could be standing on it when it cracks and falls of the bike.. Just something to share, After our run this morning and having an other face plant done by one off our runners on stocking creek trail I headed down the trail with a little hand saw to cut some roots out of the trail but ended going to Ron place for an axe this seemed to work better and in know time did I make does roots disappear so hope fully we will not have any stumbles along the trail, Run Smart , Run Careful

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
