there was a good crowd out this morning for our run Could it have been all the food that we ate at Balas end of summer Pot luck dinner were we had enough food to feed an army and all the food just about disappeared I didn't know runners had such a big appetite. On the way home I realized I had eaten to much Curry and Beans. It seemed as if the wind had shifted and was blowing from Croften pulp mill . And if every one had that problem the temperature in Saltair must of been a bit warmer then normal last night . All this didn't seem to bother the runners this morning, every one seemed to be full off pizazz,Although the biggest group of runners started at 7:30 this morning we had some start at 6 and 7 a.m every one getting their mileage in and training for differentt of races , and then their is the senior games being held in a couple of weeks so their is lots of reasons for training and not to get hurt while your doing the training, that's why the majority of the runners covered seventeen or more k.m this morning ,And then to end up at Esquire for coffee and to rehash the things of the past few days. In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
