Running

Some of the things that I try to do when I run is to land the front of my feet in the centre of my body this I believe is a natural thing for your body to do, the bigger my stride becomes the more I reach out with my feet and there fore I have to lean more forward with my body core. Landing on the front of your feet reduces stress and you use less energy by having a smoother motion. Whereas when you land on your heels, your feet land before your center of gravity this slows you down, when landing with your heels you have an harder impact or shock and more injuries , your feet would also stay on the ground longer your leg movement would be slower and you would also move up and down more and not in a straighter forward motion,When you walk you land on your heels when you sprint you land on your toes, A running stride or step is somewhere in between hopefully your mid foot .Good running is about landing your feet right. I find that with all the running I have done that running styles keep changing and there are always ways to improve and learn better running ideas. and although it sounds easy to do its hard to break old habits . I really have to stay focused, it is so easy to run any old way.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
