Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

Gail and myself headed out for stocking lake this morning she went on her bike and I ran , running along south waths was a hot run and we had to stop a bit to led the dust settle from a big logging truck coming down this is a gravely logging road and you could also drive up to stocking lake this way , While Gail was conquering the hills on her bike I managed to get to stocking lake and do some Gps Caching not having much luck I decide to look for Gail and some how in this terrain we passed each other me back tracking a bit and Gail wondering were the heck I had ended up. while she waited for me at the head of stocking Lake. Looking for a Cache site is something else you could be standing on top of it and swear that its miles away. The descriptions to the Cache read 20 or so meter down stream from Troll home , the home in this case was a little bridge. then you walked down this dried out creek bed to see if you could spot it . but wait their is an other description look for the red flagging on the trees even these were hidden from site . one more clue , was its a animal home , so here your looking for a small hole in the ground , Yes we did find it after climbing up a steep bank , but then I always do things the hard way . I t didnt take us long to run down home again , Gail bouncing around on her bike even scared a bear which ran across the logging road in front of her barely missing each other Gail trying to slow down and the bear picking up speed trying to get away from the bouncing bike, we covered around seventeen km . cutting through stocking park and home again,

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
