This morning we went for our run and had a good group out this morning even though the wind was a bit chilly ,we ran to Dogwood drive on Chemainus road and had a good run to dog wood, on the way back we slowed our pace a bit , but coming closer to the last stage of the run by Gait road we picked up the pace a bit till we got to Cornation square, This morning we ran into more runners than our running group a sure sign that spring was in the air. At the end of our run we enjoyed a relaxing cup of coffee.Coming home I had two friends waiting for me and graping a bite to eat we ended up going for a walk trowing sticks for them to chase so that they would get a bit of exercise thrashing through the under bush and sallel, coming home Gail and I but on our mt bike clothing and headed for copper canyon logging road coming to Chemainus shooting range and rode our bike till we got to the gates just before the shooting range here we turned right and ended up on a over grown north cowichan logging road which took us further into the bush, we only ran into one big buck which took one look at us only to disappear in the under brush, the trail went for a few miles before coming to a dead end hear we turned around to head back to the gun range and the logging road ,to come back to the hwy and back to campers corner wear we turned to go to stocking creek park and back to Salrair , so yes the weather is getting better and we seem to be going further on our bikes.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
