Having a couple of days of not doing too much, although I did cut some more fire wood and this morning went for a run through Saltair and stocking creek a nice quiet run and just making sure that my runners havent forgotten how to keep moving, a couple of spots were windy but most of the time we had the sun shining,a change from the previous days were we had it cloudy. the run it self wasnt bad mostly road running with a couple of hills in stocking creek park.
