My run today took me to duncan were I ran along Government street which when i passed Berkies corner the road turned into Somenos rd , to berkies corner it seems to be all uphill but you have a break once passed the corner and run along Somenos Rd its nice running here the traffic wasnt busy and I was able to make good time coming to Drinkwater rd I turned left this takes you past Hope farm . This is a rehabilitation farm for homeless people, its still nice running here and you are in a rural area coming to the end of drinkwater rd you have a hill that takes you to north rd here I turned around and headed back again till I came to the other side of North rd and an other hill which takes you past the old gravel pit this stretch kind of curves till it gets to Auchinuachie rd which runs back to somenoes road and back to Duncan.While running I noticed that I was reverting back to my normal pace by just placing one foot in front of the other, so then I would do a sprinting pace this I would do when my feet landed flat on the ground I would push back wards :from the ball of your foot and push back: While you are moving forward and if you exaggerate this it would look like you were trying to kick your butt or your back side with the heel of your foot, this you can use for a few hundred feet and works great doing a sprint and is also a good work out.-- Run Hard --

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
