Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

Went on time this morning and met the running group at Bala,s house for our sixty six minute run. I left the house a bit earlier to make sure I would get there in time, the last couple of times I went for a run I usually get there to late and the group had already gone on one of their running routes, five of us met for our morning run and we went through the trails of saltair enjoying the spring like atmosphere with some of the trees ready to blosom and when you are running through the trails you enjoy the sweet scent of some of perfume smells being blown across your path when you are running the trails, the trails seem to be drying up and running through the park becomes more enjoyable with not having to maneuver around the puddles , after the run we stopped of at Balas house and enjoy the hospitality that we receive while resting from our run over a cup of coffee and a snack. When running I usually try to concentrate on my stride , how I land my feet , how I start my next stride, it seems that the more you run, the more there is to learn on how to run . Run Smart --- Run Relaxed. ---- Later in the day going for a walk through stocking creek park I asked a walker if she new what the name was of the sweet smelling blooms growing on the trees she thought they had a urine smell, O.K?? so who goes smelling that--difference off opinion here, I always like the smell when I run past them apparently they are called Indian Plum and get small blue and bitter plums on them.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
