Went for a run  in the afternoon with the day warming up, not that we have it cold here . we have the fruit trees starting to bud and the flowers are in bloom so yes spring is here,   I didnt wear to  many shirts a couple of thin Coolmax shirts . Going along Cheaninus rd I ran towards Chemainus and getting toMalcolm rd just before Cook street I turned left this is a dead end but at the end a set of stairs takes me to the beech the stairs consist of 150 steps but they are only about 3 to 5 inches high this makes it hard to run down the stairs but when I run up them I have to take two steps at one time this makes it easier going up , so actually you only have to go up seventy five steps from the beech to the road then when I get to the top of the stairs I still have to run up Malcolm road to Chemainus hwy I did this once then ran to Cook street  and View str to end up on Old Victoria which runs into Chemainus rd and back to Saltair. The beech is called Clarks beech and is a nice gravely beech when the tide is out and a nice swimming spot in the summer. doing the stairs is a good work out, and once you get back on Old victoria you get your breath back again . Train Hard-- Train Safe.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
