This morning I was surprised to see all the runners coming out for our morning run especially seeing our clocks moved ahead one hour this morning, we started out with close to twelve runners this morning, some runners going for a eighteen km run an other group did fifteen k.m and a few did a shorter run, It didnt mather what youre pace or the mileage that a person wanted to do there is always some one to run with or to help you accomplish you re running goal, which makes it so easy to run with the Ladysmith striders and to socialize for a cub of coffee afterwards, this mornings run was a bit earlier then usually but once you get going it doesnt take long to warm upand to mingle with everyone and to try to keep a conversation going while youre gulping in air to keep youre body full of oxygen,{ it reminds me of a car trying to get the last bit of gas in the tank }I managed to run with Phil and Dave at the end of our run and we had our pace down to a 4.12 min K.m and a 4.50 min k.m so we were moving along at a good pace coming to the end of our run. In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
