Good thing we went for a run this morning as it turned a bit ordinary in the afternoon and Bala and Pauline were tapering their running down a bit they have to run the Courtney Half marathon this weekend so we ran for sixty minutes instead of sixty eight minutes, running with Daniel at the end of the run the two of us turned it up a notch and were more in a race mode Im sure Daniel can use his stride to his advantage that he can stay ahead of me, like when we were racing to the finish I was using a bit shorter pace then Daniel so I was able to push off harder and sooner and leaning forward a bit my gravity pulled me forward. While Daniel is taller then me his pace is a bit to long and reaching forward you run standing straighter pushing more wind using more energy but also brake a bit and loose a bit of your momentum without realizing that your doing this. Run Smart--- Run Safe. Had a bit of a wind storm in Saltair this afternoon no trees knocked down and a few branches to clean up tomorrow.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
