Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

ChiRunning
Going to Balas house this morning I met up with Pauline, Chris,Bala for our morning run,Our leader and mentor Pauline layed down the law and we had to spent 67 minutes running this morning. Seeing the trails were to wet we ended up running along Chemainus rd till we got to the Chemainus Firehall, here we regrouped to head back to Saltair with Chris and me talking about Chi running, which I have been using on my training runs for some time and according to some Chi followers[ Danny Dreyer} the author enables runners to propel themselves with less effort and improved gait with more endurance and more fun and less injury so why arent more people running this way.I find that this is a good way to run by staying relaxed and by balancing your body. if one arm moves foreword the opposite arm moves backward and the same goes for your legs one goes forward and the other one goes back. sounds easy well we finished our run ahead of schedule and ended up doing an extra lap past Balas house and back again with finishing going down a hill and up again. Run Smart--- Train Right.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
