Mt Prevost

beautiful day for a hike,we started at the bottom of the hill although we could have driven close to the top off the mt. after a km of walking on the logging road we turned onto a mt bike trail and here the climb started some times it got pretty steep and thinking my self to be in good shape I noticed that I was starting to get out of breath, following these trails is quite scenic and some of the sights are you and breath taking .On the top of the hill we did three Geo caching and ended up finding three little plastic boxes with different objects in them with little notes from people that have been at that location. Finding a trail straight down proved to be a bonus, here we passed more scenic sights and lots of elk signs , but no elk. We ended up at Avril Creek wine yard for a tour of the winery and at night off to Golden DAR for a delicious Indian meal. Tomorrow back to running and getting ready for the race. Run Smart--- Train Hard.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
