Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

After having a couple of days of it felt nice to go out again for our morning run, seeing it hadnt rained for a while so we decided to do our normal run of going through Princes Diana Park and back along Olson rd to school rd, by this time Phil and myself had gotten a bit ahead and we mastered most off the hills that we were going to encounter although going through Stocking creek Park there was one more hill that we had to run up going and coming back again,so we did get a good work out and we ended up doing our sixty six min work out with Pauline making sure that we stuck to the game plan, ending at Bala house. There we were joined by Leanne and Perez who had finished a run then walked from the end of stocking creek Park to Balas. This is our cool down week with a 10km race this week end. Run Safe -- Run Smart. On wed. I went for a run earlier in the morning and headed for the logging rd in Chemainus, it wasnt to bad running up to this point, the road has a few up and downs but not bad, then starting up the logging road things chance and you have a good 5% incline till you get to the hwy were it levels off again turning on River rd I picked up the pace a bit till the camp ground and here I just had to go down hill a bit before coming to a lane which took me to the back of the ball park and St Joseph school and also the end of my run. This run is a bit over nine km and a nice warm up for the Cobble hill race. Run Hard, Train Hard.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
