Running in Duncan on Friday,it didn't take me long to find some stairs were I could do some repeat workouts on, running along Canada ave there was a nice set of stairs which came out at the end of Cainsmore str doing a few turns I ended up just before the Police station on Canada ave again to do the loop from the bottom along Canada Ave to the stairs and up again doing this loop 6 or seven times you loose track after awhile.These stairs were a lot better then the stairs in Centennial park and had metal wire on the bottom so this made them slip proof and better for running on although I didn't keep track of the time it took me to do the loop or the time to get up the stairs you could do this and compete against yourself. and make it even more challenging especially the stairs. Saturday was Dentist Day and I ended up in the Chemainus dentist Office to have a couple of teeth pulled so Ill be taking a few more days off till things heal up. Be seen --Run Smart.
