Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

Slightely corked
A running friend who goes by the name Delbert from years gone by writes for a local paper and usually writes about wines this time part of it was different and I thought how true. --- So lets forget about the wine and turn to a serious issue where consumers must drop what they are doing especially if it smells bad. get out the protest signs [ hop on the nearest barricade] second choice [ protest] Tie dyed tee shirts will of course be mandatory and bra burning will be encouraged. Yes you know the issue im talking about. Low flush toilets the kind that takes 7 flushes to dispose of a floating spider, unless of course that spider had a light, high buoyancy lunch say sun dried tofu in that case you have to go out to your shop for a couple of fishing weights to strap on its back. This is particularly embarrassing if your over at a friends place for dinner where instead of enjoying the first course you spent the time in the John figuring how to send your all to buoyant lunch on its magic journey. At times like this cellar ed in Canada wines come in handy. If your friend is serving some , grab a gallon and go back down the hall and augment the low flush water flow with it. Two birds one stone.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
