Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

Fun Run
Went to Duncan this afternoon and went for my run before the snow started to come down in earnest, starting on cliffs rd and going on Government street till i came to cowichan lake rd this was to be my long run for this week seeing I was running by myself I didnt push my self running the direction that im taking is a gradual slope till a couple off km on Cowichan Lake rd that is an other reason I wasnt going any wear fast. It seemed I had a good clip and in between humming Oh Christmas's tree and taken my coat off and wrapping it around my middle, I was at Menzies rd and unto Gibbins rd to turn back too Duncan and government ST. to finish my run just in time because the snow was starting to come down The last part of the run went easy but it seemed I was slowing down and dragging my heels a bit this usually means that my pace is slowing down and im not picking up my feet as i should, It also means that I was getting tired and to the end of my run. Run Safe--- Wear someting brite when runningor walking at night.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
