Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

embarrassing running moments
Fridays seem to be a day when we go to Victoria and spent some time with the prosthesis specialist for fine tuning Gails prosthesis and of course we have to make a stop at my mom,s place. We also made a stop at Milestone, Costco in Langford and before you know it its dark again so Saturday I went for an easy run to chemainus and down Daniel str, I say down because if you come the other way there is a very challenging hill to run up, coming back on Chemainus road I concentrated on keeping a straight posture and making sure I kept my but tucked in with the rest of my posture, Thinking what are some embarrassing moments that can happen to a runner. Like when you finish running and you notice a slug trail running down your shirt or cloves, from blowing your nose. Then their is the time you have one or two red buttons or should I say red nipples which have started to bleed from being rubbed raw by your running shirt, this time of the year people wonder why your pants are steaming and nothing else, and why are you running with different makes or color of running shoes on each foot, Running along puckering up your cheeks because you dont want your partner to hear you fart if you do it sounds like a logging truck coming behind you,or having chafing on your thighs or different parts of your body from wear or rubbing. At the start of the race you pull down your sweat pants only to notice that you forgot to put your running shorts on, and your running along and you have the runs or trots with not a Porty pot in sight. so I guess there a a few embarrassing thing that could happen. Have fun and run -- Train hard.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
