Early morning.

Getting up in the morning to go out for a run requires some effort youre laying in bed its warm and cozy, the floor is cold and you just cant seem to get those blankets off, so you turn around and go to sleep again, wouldn't it be just as easy to take a couple of deep breaths of air stretch you're legs in all directions and reach out with you're arms as far as you can reach, then reach out from underneath the blankets and plant you're feet on the floor, and before you now it you're up and ready to face an other day. now to go and do it. Run safe -- run smart. EARLY MORNING OR AFTERNOON RUN, RUNNING first thing in the morning does burn more fat,If you run at night you are burning the calories which you ate during the day. If you run first thing in the morning you are burning the fat on your body.and then if you have low blood sugar, you need to eat something first- so you don't pass out or you wont feel well. then there is the new finding that the body works better when warm this is usually in the afternoon so this makes it easier to do a workout and your breathing rhythm also works better. all though morning running energizes you for the work ahead.Run Smart Run Hard

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
