Were could I run and not get wet, not able to get to the gym the next best place would be the roads and trails around Saltair, getting out I waited for an clear spot in the sky to appear and getting in my running gear I headed out running along Chemainus road only to have a cloud follow me keeping me company all through my run and making sure I didn't get to dehydrated. Instead of going to Chemainus as planned I ended up doing some hill workout today and went up Olson road school road and down the lagoon and up the other side coming to Gait rd on the left there was an other hill, and I'm wondering how can I keep my momentum going while going up hill, shortening my pace and moving my arms faster seemed to help I also leaned forward a bit more then when I run on the road, but not doupling over like I see some runners do. Getting to stocking creek trail on the chip trail it was nicer running but this ended when I came out on Chemainus road. seeing I was wet by this time I decided that I would keep going end to the same course over again.Hill training builds the quadriceps and endurance there fore its helps with marathon training, although for beginners hill training is not recommended because it puts too much stress on muscles and connective tissues that may not be ready to handle the load. It may also put extra stress on the knees and Achilles tendons. Coming home I jumped into the sauna cranked it up to 130 Fahrenheit and and dreamed i was in Hawaii---- Run Smart

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
