This week
Well I can hide my pontoons and wet suit, hip waders for awhile the puddles have receded the rain has stopped and I can go out, the last couple of days I have been doing some short runs to Chemainus and Ladysmith and back home again trying to dodge the spray of the vehicles as they go roaring past and always catching you when you get beside a puddle on the road, oblivious to you as you are running along the sidewalk, its nice running through the trails the puddles have dried up the birds are singing. don't think ill get in much more running shopping today Vancouver tomorrow and Sunday the Ladysmith Cinamonbun run
