It seems that I'm a week ahead of everyone and I was all set to start the Cinnamon Bun run, that's the run were you estimate your finishing time for a 5 or 10 km run and bring 5 non perishable goods as entree fee which goes to the Ladysmith food Bank. Sitting in my car It dawned on me that not a soul was arriving and nothing was set up, Driving to Esquire coffee I was greeted by a good dozen runners that were all to happy to tell me that the Cinnamon Bun run is on Nov.29 with a 9:30 start. So there you go, driving home [while the group was running the course set up for next week] and changing into my running gear I run to Ladysmith and 4th ave extension to cloke rd were I turn around to get back to esquire coffee to join the group of runners that had settled in for their rehashing of the run and the last minute things that have to be done. Run Safe -- Be seen.
