Hidden roots

Making fun of some one doesn't always workout for me, seeing I had made a joke about not going out for a run in the rain, made me join a group of runners this morning with the weather not looking to Rosy, we ran our loop through Saltair and stocking creek trail, Keeping a respectable pace Phil leading the way going up Saltairs undulating terrain. And having no problems with the roads we ran the trail with only one slip being done by Bala as we were going through the park, Bala scouting for bear roaming around and not seeing the always conspicuous roots that lay hidden under the leaves ready to trip the unwary runner, coming to a slight downhill with leaves laying on the surface Balas toes managed to find a root and he ended up doing a face plant. Getting up he finished his run, this made us more aware how observant you have to stay while running on trails in the woods. Be Safe -- Be seen.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
