Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

the four horseman
Going for a run this morning proved to be a bit of a struggle mainly caused by the weather, seeing it wasn't all that sunny outside, but I did get to Esquire coffee for the 7:30 am run, only to find that there were only four of us to start the run, Dolly and I ended up running by ourselves and Chris and his friend ran in a two some also, Me and dolly did our run to Olson rd in Saltair, and ran to the bottom of the road till we connected with School rd and then headed back to Stocking creek park trail to end up on the other side of the lagoon were we turned left to go back to Coronation squire. This is a nice running route and it seems we hit all the hills that we could, it was a good workout and you could make this a nice training circuit by pushing yourself a bit more going uphill and taken it easy on the down side to recover and get your breathing back in order,Back at Esquire we were joined by mtn runner , Gayla, Sally. and Eliina they had all done their own route this morning. It was also nice to hear Sally say how important it is to use your arms and shoulders for running, by moving your upper part of your arms to help you with your leg stride. So it is beneficial to do some weight lifting to strengthen does arms The running went great we didn't get rained on but the wind was trying to slow us down a bit.Be seen . Run safe.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
