Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

Treadmill
With the wind howling and the rain pouring buckets of water on the road as I was driving to Duncan I didn't think that the rest of the crew from Saltair would be heading out for a track work out here on chesterfield sport plex.Seeing I was in Duncan anyway I headed for the Aquinas centre and the gym and did an hours work of trying to keep up to a wide belt that was whipping around going any were from o miles per hr to over 10 miles per hr. with a bit off undulating pumps thrown in to make it a bit more challenging, I did find that it is easy to over do it on the machine and you have to beware of what you can do.The speed the dryness off the room and the sweating made you aware of how important it is when you run on a treadmill indoors or out side to have plenty of fluids handy, although I didn't run on the track today or on the road I did have a good work out in the gym. Run Safe-- Be seen.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
