Tensing up

I notice that when I go out running I will tense my shoulders or clench my fist to tight By tensing my shoulders I pull them up and forward. I believe this is a common mistake runners make and you should make sure that you relax and lower your shoulders and push them back so that you can swing your arms freely and then making sure that that your not clenching your fist to tight. Every thing goes great for a while and I notice I do the same thing all over again, so it is a continual reminder to yourself to relax when you run no matter at what speed you are doing your run. Run smart -- Run hard.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
