Chance of pace

Its fall out side and the leaves are starting to drop, This is a nice time of the year to go out for walks our a run on trails were you here the rustling of leaves and look at all the different colors around you.this also the time when we start to put on more than one shirt and even have cloves and a toque on, and if you are wearing a headphone it is better to turn the volume down a bit, so that you can hear cars coming. Seeing it gets dark earlier and most days are wet and the visibility is poor its also recommended that you wear reflective clothing or some bright clothing so that you can be seen in the rain and darkness. I ques I can go about clothing but I find its better to have to much on than not enough especially with the cold and dampness in the air. Run Smart -- Run hard.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
