rebounder
Staying home today and not wanting to go out in the rain for my run I found our old rebound er or a little round trampoline on the porch, so getting into my running gear I hopped on this re bounder for 45 min and found that it's not as tough as running on the road but you do work up a good sweat and I went and chanced my pace from a slow run to speeding up the leg turn over, Although trampoline running is supposed to help with moter skills, better leg muscles, gets rid of toxins in your body by sweating, you would have to do it more then what I did today.Run Smart-- Run Save.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
