What Makes A Runner.

A while ago when I was running I passed some one and it seemed he was hardly moving faster than a walk/ I probably would have passed him if I was walking. But that man was running, so do you tell if a person is a runner by his speed, I guess it doesn't matter what your speed is you fit in a certain category of running. Does a runner fit in to a certain shape, while in a race I see people of all shapes and sizes, and they don't all wear runners or running shorts but they are all runners, when I'm not training am I a runner, even if my speed stays the same or gets slower. nowadays people run for all different reasons- some to stay in shape for a variety of sports others for their health and others for running. I hope one day to be a happy old runner, in the same way that I am now a happy younger runner. I think this is what makes a runner --if you're happy to be out there no matter how fast or what you look like. Train Hard Run Smart.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
