Doing a bit of traveling on the weekend and went up Island to Parksville , Qualicum,and Englishman river , and visited the spots were we used to swim and mtn bike at Burnt ridge by Englishman river. The sand castles were still under construction. With just under an hour to go there was a lot of frantic sculpting going on!

Sand castles in Parksville
