Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

Avrill Creek
It was hot today we spent the day pruning the vines by taking the bottom leaves of the vines and also reaching inside the vines and taking the leaves from there so that the air and some light can circulate through the vines Making sure that we left enough leaves in front of the grapes on the vines so that the heat from the sun wouldn't dry them out or discolor the grapes. We all made sure that we made frequent water stops ,coming to the end of the day we finished pruning that section and moved to a different batch of grapes and here we had to top the vines ,you do this by pruning the top of the grape vines and you also remove the suckers that seam to be sprouting in all the rows .and before you know it its time to home,

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
