Why should I Run

You could start to run to lose weight, to improve fitness, to relieve stress, to compete, or just to kill time, there are many benefits .Although not all techniques that some runners swear by will work for you.Try different techniques, find the right method that makes you feel comfortable to run. Running is not complicated and the only rule is that you place one foot ahead of the other foot. What made you want to run ? Feeling better--physically, mentally, emotionally. Running is among the best aerobic exercises for physical conditioning of your heart and lungs.It also helps to fight everything from the common cold to fighting cancer, It also helps to reduces stress and you have less headaches, reduce weigh and make new friends and have more energy. That was said in one breath so that goes to show you that you , that you do have more stamina when you start being active, you also don't have to spent a pot full of money to run, running with friends and socializing or just running in a group also encourages you to go out and run. Run Safe--- Run smart.
