seeing its hot and I'm still going out running although a bit earlier in the day. One of the things I'm making sure of is to make sure that I drink fluids a good 20 min before I go running. Then when i,m running I usually drink a sports drink about every 20 min, then you have to make sure that you have some sun screen SPF 30 is recommended,When I'm running I also look for the shady spots to run in . Running in the heat you should go easy at first and run a couple of minutes slower than you normally would wear light technical gear its recommended that you drink over 16 fluid ounces off fluids, remember you are probably the last person to know if you need that drink and then it could be too late. Run smart.
