Running down Thetis drive from the power line I crossed the line from running in the snow to running  on a clear roadway felt kind of neat one moment your making sure you don't slide or loose your footing to putting your feet down and being able to push of and not being worried where you stepped . On an other run I tried to master running up Symonds street again put coming by 3rd and fourth I was coming to a stop this part gets steep and the breathing gets faster  as the terrain gets more difficult , nice to reach the top and have a bit of a reprieve when you have a bit of a dip and you can get your breath back and stretch your stride a bit  before facing an other smaller incline. Train -- Run-- smile-- and enjoy.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
