They say that if you look good its half the battle, I like to think its how you feel that is half the battle. like feeling how your feet hit the ground when you are running-are you using the ground just to land your feet on or are you using it to push forward so that you move forward faster-you do this by pushing the ground you land on behind you and away from yourselves or are you leaning forward ,are my feet hitting the ground mid foot.. Are we doing enough stretching . Like stretching the calves , hamstrings muscles, the the ones we usually forget are the hip abductors to stretch and strengthen them.another one is our minds some time we forget how far we have come in our running and it seems that we are not making any progress, then think that a a while back you couldn't run or move at any speed, some people have different genes or faster twitch muscles or they have to have confidence in their abilities and to stay happy with how they are doing,or to have people around you that know that you can do it ,
