Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

Windy today and it would have been beneficial if I had a sail that I could handle and keep a hold of while I went for my jog today, Yesterday I went for a run with the Esquire group we met talked and after a bit of humming and hawing it was decided to run up to the chicken ladder via the north side of Holland creek trail running to the chicken ladder we had to conquer about five different set of stairs then it leveled of for a smooth run to the power line were crossing the bridge we had an other climb before it leveled then a long gradual climb to the chicken ladder from the ladder back to cornation sq it was a gradual down hill and it didnt take us long to get to Eliot street were we turned left on Davis road and back to esquire coffee we covered close to ten km, Today I ran along somenos road to drinkwater up drink water to Cowichan valley hwy, running along the hwy to Tansor rd and on menzies rd , it wasnt till I was on menzies road that the wind died down and it felt like a hundred lbs was lifted of your shoulders , getting on Gibbins road the wind was on my back this doesn't happen very often or you just dont notice the wind when running or biking I was able to extend my stride a bit I didnt have the head wind to fight, coming to the hospital I made a right turn and finished my run at Life Style by Choice a private exercise boutique on Cliff road in Duncan

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
