THIS morning going out for our run I started with a jacket on after all it was raining, but getting to Ladysmith for our run I was told that their was no need for the jacket, and true enough after a couple of k.m I had to take the jacket off . I was starting to steam up a bit inside the jacket , and getting to our driveway I was able to throw the jacket into our driveway to pick it up later, nice morning for a run and the group whent through their paces going up the lagoon hill and keeping the pace going to Cook str. by Chemainus where we turned around and headed back to cornation sq. We all ended up running in our own little groups some finishing sooner seeing mtn runner was cutting back on some of his long runs we enjoyed having him run with us. A small group off runners ran along Holland creek trail, but everyone ended up at Esquire coffee were we had a surprise waiting for us , One of the runners had bought us a round of coffee for us to enjoy then left so we couldnt thank her.Thank you Kim.
