Last week was a mixed bag of things that kept me occupite, from going kyaking , mtn biking to shoal isl. and touring Swallow field although i dont know if there are many swallows there, I didnt see any there maybe later in the summer they,ll appear, Sunday the striders did a sixteen k.m run, and we were joined on our run by mtn runner who was doing a thiry pluss k.m run and had lots off gass in the tank to catch up to us and run with us back to Esquire. Talking to some one the other day, they thought that the holland creek chicken lader was called this, because in the early days they used to have an wooden sluice covered with chicken wire going up the falls so that the fish could get higher up holland creek.??Sounds good. After my run today I ended up below stocking creek falls there you have a smaller bunch of falls and sitting down listening to the water ambling down the creek seemed to be so relaxing that was till an army of mosquitoes tried to bompart me so i had to move along and head home to unload some fire wood that had been sitting waiting for me to unload from the truck, my run went alright at the start and once i was on my way and halfway through my run it went a lot better , its getting warm running around noon and the wind wasnt out like it usually was, so I realized yes I do sweat. And seeing I was the skinniest person going to Life style by Choice I scored a brand new pair of biking shorts,Nobody could get them past their thigh, So im a winner afterall. Train Right--- Run Hard.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
