Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

Breathing
This is something I read in a add and find that this is also some thing that we as runners should concentrate on, its called breathing and it seems to come natural to most of us, but some time taking deep breaths help us to fill our lungs and this supplies the body with energy--Pilates -uses deep breathing through the diaphragm to aid the exercises.
Yoga practice- often incorporates breathing techniques called pranayama (breath control), in the belief that this can help control body and mind.
Meditation- focuses on observing the breath.
Aerobic exercise- in which you become slightly out of breath can challenge and enhance your lung capacity and efficiency.
Vocal training- and playing a wind instrument require good breathing techniques in order to enhance the quality of the music. Run Hard-- Run Safe.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
