Welcome to my blog. I started this blog to talk about the running and hiking that I do and just ramble along about the things I enjoy.. Nothing’s impossible, I have found -- For when my chin is on the ground ----- I pick myself up, dust myself off, And start all over again—

Running
I have been slowly increasing my mileage and I'm trying to get comfortable with the longer miles that I have been covering, I'm getting up to eighteen k.m and will be sticking with this distance for a couple more weeks by doing 10 and 18km routes and have been doing hill work outs and finding some straight stretches.Concentrating on arm movement and posture when I'm running, by keeping my lean forward a bit in a straight line from the ankles up and pushing my arm back with the elbow and not letting my hands go past the middle of my sides. I'm also making sure that I keep my feet pointing straight forward so that i have no extra movement with my hips and arms and therefore I have less stress on my knees.Train hard --Run smart.

In running, it doesnt matter whether you come in first, in the middle of the pack, or last. You can say,I have finished; There is a lot of satisfaction in having accomplished that goal, its a great feeling. Runnertwo
